เงื่อนไขกิจกรรมและข้อตกลงในการรับสิทธิ์ลุ้นรางวัล

1. ชื่อแคมเปญ

Hisense FIFA Club World Cup 2025

2. ผู้ร่วมรายการ

ผู้ร่วมรายการ คือ ลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าของไฮเซ่นส์รุ่นที่เข้าร่วมรายการ กับร้านค้าที่เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทสาขา ทั่วประเทศ โดยลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์ลุ้นรางวัลในแคมเปญ Hisense FIFA Club World Cup 2025 ซึ่งจะถูกเก็บรวบรวมโดยระบบลงทะเบียนชิงโชค และนำไปใช้ในกิจกรรมจับรางวัลชิงโชค

3. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม

• เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2025
• ติดตามรายละเอียดการประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลที่ช่องทาง Facebook Hisense(TH) หรือ www.hisense.co.th

เครื่องซักผ้าฝาหน้า Roman Holiday series รุ่น WF105R5 มูลค่า 32,990 บาท จำนวน 8 รางวัล

รางวัลที่ 5

เครื่องปรับอากาศ Hisense รุ่น VA Series ขนาด 13000 BTU มูลค่า 32,990 บาท จำนวน 8 รางวัล

หมายเหตุ ของรางวัลตลอดแคมเปญ เป็นจำนวน 28 รางวัล รวมมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 2,011,657.00 บาท (สองล้านหนึ่งหมื่นหนึ่งพันหกร้อยห้าสิบเจ็ดบาทถ้วน)

5. การจับรางวัล

จะมีการจับรางวัลเพียง 1 ครั้ง โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:

• วันและเวลาจับรางวัล: วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 11.00 น.
• เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วม:
  ผู้มีสิทธิ์ลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์จับฉลาก ต้องเป็นผู้ที่ซื้อสินค้า Hisense มียอดสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 10,000 บาทขึ้นไป ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ โดย 1 ใบเสร็จสามารถลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ได้เพียง 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น

6. ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์จับฉลากผ่านเว็บไซต์

1. สแกน QR Code ณ จุดจำหน่ายสินค้า
2. อ่านเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม และคลิกปุ่ม “ลงทะเบียนชิงโชค”
3. กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนดังนี้:
   • ชื่อ-นามสกุล
   • เบอร์โทรศัพท์
   • จังหวัด
   • อีเมล
   • ร้านค้าที่ซื้อ , สาขา , ประเภทสินค้า , รุ่นสินค้า
   • วันที่ซื้อสินค้า
   • เลขที่ใบเสร็จ (ถ้ามี)
   • อัปโหลดหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า (รูปถ่ายใบเสร็จ / สลิปโอนเงิน / หน้าคำสั่งซื้อ)
4. คลิก “ยืนยันการลงทะเบียน”
5. ระบบจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันสิทธิ์ พร้อมข้อความ:
   “ขอบคุณที่ร่วมกิจกรรมกับไฮเซ่นส์ เราได้รับข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนของท่านแล้ว
   สามารถติดตามผลการจับรางวัลได้ในวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568”

หมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม:

• ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ เท่านั้น
• ใบเสร็จต้องตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด และภายในระยะเวลาที่ร่วมรายการ
• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ที่กรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วนและแนบหลักฐานถูกต้องภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• การตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
• สินค้าเคลียร์แลนซ์ สินค้าขายตามสภาพ สินค้าเกรดหรือสินค้าตัวโชว์ ไม่เข้าร่วมรายการ
• ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดงหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าที่สมบูรณ์ตามที่ลงทะเบียนไว้เพื่อรับรางวัล
• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลหรือเงื่อนไขกิจกรรมโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

7. ขั้นตอนการจับรางวัล

• บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจับรางวัล จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ในวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 ภายใน เวลา 23.59 น. ณ สำนักงานใหญ่ บริษัทไฮเซ่นส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เลขที่ 202 อาคารเลอ คองคอร์ด ทาวเวอร์ ห้อง1401 ชั้น14 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพ 10310 (ที่อยู่บริษัทอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง)
• บริษัทฯ จะทำการรวบรวมชิ้นส่วนของผู้ลงทะเบียนลุ้นโชคทั้งหมด จากนั้นจะดำเนินการสุ่มจับเพื่อประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลในทันที
• บริษัทฯ จะติดต่อผู้โชคดีผ่านหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้เท่านั้น หากไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ภายใน 5 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศผล บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้โชคดีลำดับถัดไป และถือว่าผู้ที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ “สละสิทธิ์”
• บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจับรายชื่อสำรองเพิ่มเติม เพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้โชคดีรายใดรายหนึ่งได้ หรือมีการสละสิทธิ์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินและพิจารณามอบรางวัลให้แก่รายชื่อสำรองตามลำดับ

8. กติกาและเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล

รายการนี้จัดขึ้นเฉพาะในประเทศไทย ผู้โชคดีต้องมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรไทย และแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันตัวตนเพื่อรับรางวัลดังนี้:

• คนไทย: บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน
• ชาวต่างชาติ: หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
  ของรางวัลจะจัดส่งเฉพาะภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

1. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องลงทะเบียนในนามบุคคลเท่านั้น โดยพนักงานของบริษัทไฮเซ่นส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด บริษัทในเครือ ครอบครัว และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการ
2. จำกัดสิทธิ์การรับรางวัล 1 คน ต่อ 1 รางวัล ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม
3. กรณีผู้โชคดีอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ต้องแสดง หนังสือยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง ก่อนรับรางวัล
4. ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดง เอกสารหลักฐานตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ในวันรับรางวัล โดยรายละเอียดจะมีการแจ้งเป็นรายบุคคล
5. ผู้โชคดีจะเป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัลตามที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น และของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
6. ผู้โชคดีต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่ นอกเหนือจากของรางวัล เช่น ค่าจดทะเบียน, ค่าพ.ร.บ., ค่าธรรมเนียมโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ฯลฯ
7. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า ตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ท.ป. 4/2528 ประกอบ ท.ป. 104/2544
8. ข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถือเป็นข้อมูลของบริษัทไฮเซ่นส์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่ ฯลฯ) เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
9. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ บันทึกภาพถ่ายหรือวิดีโอของผู้โชคดี เพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทุกช่องทาง หากท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้เผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าว กรุณางดเว้นการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
10. หากตรวจพบว่ามีการทุจริตในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ ยกเลิกสิทธิ์รับรางวัลทันที
11. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข กติกา หรือของรางวัล โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
12. หลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
13. ในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้เข้าร่วมรายการ ผู้โชคดี หรือผู้มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัล ไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องใด ๆ จากบริษัทฯ

9. การประกาศผลผู้โชคดี
รายชื่อผู้โชคดีจะประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 ภายใน เวลา 23.59 น.

10.ใบอนุญาตการจัดกิจกรรมชิงโชค
กิจกรรมนี้ได้รับอนุญาตถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ภายใต้ใบอนุญาตเลขที่ พ.น. 1/2568 คำขอเลขที่ 221/2568 ออกโดย สำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568
บริษัท ไฮเซ่นส์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ตามระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างเคร่งครัด

หมายเหตุ:
การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดของกิจกรรมนี้เรียบร้อยแล้ว

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions for Participation and Prize Eligibility

 

Activity Details

1.Campaign Name
Hisense FIFA Club World Cup 2025

2. Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are customers who purchase selected Hisense products from authorized retailers nationwide. Customers will receive the right to enter the Hisense FIFA Club World Cup 2025 lucky draw campaign. All entries will be collected through the registration system and used for the prize draw activity.

3. Campaign Period

• From May 1 to July 31, 2025
• Winners will be announced via Hisense (TH) Facebook page or at www.hisense.co.th

4. Prize Details Throughout the Campaign

First Prize

• 1 unit of BYD ATTO Extended Electric Vehicle (valued at 799,900 THB)

Second Prize

• 3 units of Hisense 100" TV, model 100Q7N (each valued at 139,999 THB)

Third Prize

• 8 units of Hisense Refrigerator, model RS808 Sparkle Series (each valued at 32,990 THB)

Fourth Prize

• 8 units of Hisense Front-Load Washing Machine, Roman Holiday Series, model WF105R5 (each valued at 32,990 THB)

Fifth Prize

• 8 units of Hisense Air Conditioner, VA Series, 13,000 BTU (each valued at 32,990 THB)

Note: A total of 28 prizes will be awarded throughout the campaign, with a total value of 2,011,657 THB (Two million eleven thousand six hundred fifty-seven baht only).

5. Prize Draw

There will be only one prize draw, with the following details:
• Draw Date and Time: August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM
• Participation Conditions:
Eligible participants must purchase Hisense products with a minimum spending of 10,000 THB per receipt.
Each receipt is eligible for one entry only.

6. Registration Process for Prize Draw via Website

1. Scan the QR code at the point of sale.
2. Read the terms and conditions of the campaign, then click the “Register for Lucky Draw” button.
3. Complete the registration form with the following information:
   • Full name
   • Phone number
   • Province
   • Email address
   • Store name, branch, product type, and product model
   • Purchase date
   • Receipt number (if available)
   • Upload proof of purchase (photo of receipt, transfer slip, or order confirmation page)
4. Click “Confirm Registration.”
5. The system will send a confirmation email with the message:
   “Thank you for participating in Hisense. Your registration has been successfully received.
   You can check the lucky draw results on August 15, 2025.”

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Participants are entitled to one (1) entry per receipt only.
• All receipts must comply with the company's specified conditions and must be issued within the promotional period.
• The company reserves the right to consider only those entries that have been properly completed and submitted with accurate supporting documents within the specified period.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred to any other person.
• All decisions made by the company in relation to this promotion are final and binding and shall not be subject to appeal.
• Clearance items, as-is products, graded items, or display units are not eligible for this promotion.
• Winners are required to present complete and valid proof of purchase matching the information provided during registration to claim their prize.
• The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or substitute prizes and/or campaign conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Prize Draw Procedure

• The Company will conduct one (1) prize draw on August 15, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM, at the head office of Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd., located at 202 Le Concorde Tower, Room 1401, 14th Floor, Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang Subdistrict, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok 10310 (subject to change).
• All eligible entries registered for the lucky draw will be collected, thoroughly mixed, and randomly selected. The names of the winners will be announced immediately upon selection.
• The Company will contact each winner via the telephone number provided during registration only. If the Company is unable to contact a winner within five (5) days from the date of the announcement, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize. The Company reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner in such cases.
• The Company will draw additional alternate winners to be used in the event that a primary winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize. The Company’s decisions regarding the selection and awarding of alternate winners shall be final and binding.

8. Terms and Conditions for Prize Redemption

1. This campaign is valid exclusively within Thailand. Winners must be residents of the Kingdom of Thailand and must present valid identification as follows:
   • Thai nationals: National ID card
   • Foreign nationals: Passport
   Prizes will be delivered within Thailand only.
2. Participation must be in an individual’s name only. Employees of Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd., its affiliates, their immediate families, and individuals involved in organizing this campaign are not eligible to participate.
3. Each individual is entitled to receive only one (1) prize throughout the campaign duration.
4. In the case of winners under the age of 15, a parental consent letter must be presented before receiving the prize.
5. Winners must present all required documents as specified by the Company on the date of prize redemption. Details will be provided individually.
6. Winners are entitled to receive only the specified prize, which cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
7. Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not covered by the prize, such as registration fees, insurance, transfer of ownership, and other related costs.
8. For any prize valued at 1,000 THB or more, the winner must pay a withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with Revenue Department Orders No. Por. 4/2528 and No. Por. 104/2544.
9. Participant data is the property of Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The Company reserves the right to collect, use, disclose, or transfer personal information (e.g., name, phone number, address, etc.) for campaign purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
10. The Company reserves the right to photograph or record videos of winners for promotional use across all media channels. Participants who do not consent to such use are advised not to participate in the campaign.
11. In the event of fraud or misconduct, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke prize eligibility.
12. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or substitute any terms, conditions, or prizes without prior notice.
13. All rules, terms, and conditions are governed solely by the Company.
14. In case of any dispute or disagreement, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding. Participants, winners, and prize recipients shall have no right to appeal or claim compensation.

9. Winner Announcement

The official list of winners will be announced on August 16, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM,

via the following channels:

10. Prize Draw Permit

This activity has been legally authorized under Permit No. P.N. 1/2568, Application No. 221/2568, issued by the Taling Chan District Office, Bangkok on April 30, 2025.
Hisense International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the official organizer and will conduct this activity strictly within the approved timeframe.

Participation in this campaign shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.
